RUNWAY REPORT: VALENTINO SS14

Hey Guys,

We have been keeping up with shows from all the major fashion weeks, and as its coming to an end we gathered a few favourites. The first being Valentino. Wow! Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccoli really made a statement this season. This collection is a gorgeous concoction of tribal, folk, royalty and even neutrals found their way in.

used bright colours for the summer in such a detailed way. Embroidered dresses and separates, the patterns are on a backdrop of sheer organza, like piece has its own tale.

The designers then went on to show slimmer silhouettes in regal colours with hindu inspired patterns this time. Although different to previous designs, still very complementary.

For neutrals, we see cropped jackets, flared trousers, dresses and menswear styled shirts. Everything is so simply structured yet ornate and intricate.

Maison Valentino lived up to everyones expectations this year, as always. This was definitely one of our favourite shows! We will be posting some more of our favourites from Fashion Week 2013/14 so watch this space for more information!

Love,

En & Stef x
